i'm cutting down my breakfast and lunch intakes. like, for breakfast i'm trying to no longer put cream and sugar in my coffee. i don't usually do that unless i'm at home. which i am. so i'm trying to cut that out. i'm also having a smaller lunch where fruit is plays a larger role into what i eat. my plan is to be down somewhere between fifteen and twenty pounds by next month. i'm gonna make a stronger effort to ride my bike to and from work, without using the bus, in order to get more exercise in. that should help a lot i feel
i still haven't gone to 'get coffee' yet. i've gotten boba tea, but that was weeks ago
