i have found it a lot easier to listen to most t.v. shows rather than actually watch them. today i was watching 'the office' and i found myself consistently looking at other things on screen and just listening to the episode instead. like a podcast. i think it might be because i have a short attention span. like it gets hard to focus for so long, and the easiness of changing what i'm looking at on my computer enables me to satisfy that. which, i guess, is ultimately a negative thing. i miss a lot by not actually watching the show. and it can't be healthy to prioritize efficiency like that. even still, i don't think i'll make a conscious effort to change. there are still definitley shows i'll sit and watch, like 'community' or 'seinfeld'. it might just speak more towards which shows i actually want to watch and which ones i put on to waste time

i'm finally making a transition to google chrome. i don't want to talk as much about this as i thought when i started writing, but ultimately, i'm finally ebginnign to more conciously choose to do my browsing on chrome rather than edge. i've liked edge so far and i can see myself still using it at times, but i feel that i should move on, even though chrome does kill the battery a lot faster

all i've had today was a cup of coffee, sometime in the afternoon. i put milk and sugar in it becasue i knew it would basically be my breakfast and lunch. i could've made more, sure, but i didn't feel like it. i'll probably get some pizza from marzella's in a bit. i've spent most of the day at my desk, not actually doing work. i watched some t.v. then 'cars three' and 'an extremely goofy movie'. the break is basically over and i still have to finish doing laundry and stuff. been looking at shoes a lot. realized adidas is making the sneakers i have wanted for a while. well by "wanted" i mean i thought they looked cool, but i haven't been actively looking for them. anyway they're on sale for ~70$ insetad of 100$ but they don't have my size. in all likelihood i'll have to pay the full price to get them, but that'll be later in the spring/summer. i bought a button up because i keep forgetting to bring the one i have at home with me, and i was invited to a semi-formal or something. i think the shirt looks nice. i don't care much for clothes. i don't like to spend money. which is fine. cause i also don't like making money. most of the time. it balances itself out
