last thursday diamond said i looked like i gained weight. that my cheeks, and consequently my face, were rounder. yesterday she said it looked like i had lost weight since then. that's good

took a nap after my classes. had this strange dream where, when i looked in the mirror, my face was painted white with yellow around my eyes. it slowly got harder and harder to breathe, like the paint was hardening or something. but the white was only visible in the mirror. the part of my face that my eyes are able to see looked normal. as it got harder to breathe, through both my nose and mouth, i woke up struggling to breathe. i was taking quick breaths through my nose. only reaction i had was, "hmm... weird". like in that video with the russian meteor, where it passes over a car and the driver only says, "hmm... weird". i need to find that video again

i hate paying for books. i hate that schools don't just supply them anymore

emmett called me and during our conversation, he asked what my top ten liquids would be. not necessarily drinks, but anything that is in liquid form. he listed mercury as one of his, so i felt i couldn't say that. overall, mine ended up being mostly drinks, with the exception of ocean water, cause ocean water is nice to look at. oceans are cool. they have life. like, umm, penguins

was enjoying hanging out with a friend for most of the afternoon, until i unexpectedly left. felt bad about it, but it'll be.. fine, i think, i don't know

sufjan stevens was nominated for an oscar. his song, "mystery of love" is going against "remember me" from coco, which puts me in a sticky situation, since i loved coco. i think i'd be happy with either winning, but i would love to see sufjan winning and being recognized as the academy award winning musician. i love him
