i stayed in bed til about 5pm today. didn't have much of a reason to get out of bed. sure, i could've used that time more efficiently, but i hadn't slept a full eight hours this entire week, so i figured i deserved some down time

a friend called me yesterday while i was busy. he left me a voicemail. i intended to call him back yesterday, but i had things to do the entire day and i didn't want to say that the call could only last so long. i didn't want to cut it short before it even began. i called back today but it sent me to voicemail. i wanted to leave something but i guess my connection was too poor, cause the machine told me that i was unable to leave one. i sent a text briefly explaining that. maybe i'll get a callback tomorrow

colin once said he'd sing nude to me. of course, i knew he meant "nude" by radiohead, since i had told him i really liked his cover of it when i first heard him sing it april of last year. though, he also could've meant nude as in naked, which is increasingly something that he could have meant. (just kidding!) i have to spin some more records with him soon

i don't often like pictures taken of me

i still need to unpack everything. i meant to go to the store and get some things i need/want like hangers, sheets, air fresheners, etc. just things that others would appreciate, cause i can honestly live without them. i have been for three semesters now

started coughing today. hope this doesn't turn into a rehash of last semesters, months-long coughing episode

i was given this light for "parties" but i can see myself enjoying it more when i'm on psychedelics. excited!
