i covered someone shift instead of showing up to a newspaper meeting. apparently i had to write an article on one of the new student clubs/organizations. i can get that done soon, i guess. i probably won't though. knowing me, i'll type it up at some point this weekend

i want to make a correction. when i said, on here, last week, that i sent my professor a link to charli's video, that was false. i did not send it. but i did do it today. and it wasn't a direct link to the video, but the a verge article about deepfakes and how they were used in the video. i wanted to send it when i first wrote about it on here, but i didn't cause i still owed her work and thought it would look irresponsible to do so

look, the astros are about to lose the series. they're 3-1 in the series right now. i don't see them coming back. they're not playing how they normally do. they're not having fun. and i'm okay with that. it's fine if they lose. they probably will. repeating is difficult. they've been injured and generally unlucky all season. i wore my jersey today. might be the last time i can do that fro a while. more sox fans up here. anyway, yeah
