today was my second to last day at work. penultimate. i was late (lol). but i did bike home from work. i took the bus to downtown and rode from there

i showed my coworker my piece and she seemed to like it. i looked at the other collages and felt humbled. i made mine last night. stayed up til three a.m. working on them. these other ones are really good. a lot larger. more detailed. still, i like what i made. i'm gonna post it on instagram later. i have one that's political commentary on the whole immigration issue, which, when i started, i didn't set out to make something political, but it just sort of went that way as i started putting the cutouts together. the other piece is more abstract, with a picture of cher as che guevara in the center. that one is probably the ugliest piece in the show, but i think it's endearing. i definitely took a more juvenile approach with that one, which may be lost on people. but for those that see it, thank you
