got kind of lazy with my blog posts this week. i think i just had more things going on that required more attention that usual, and consequently, i wasn't able to spend as much time writing things out on here as i would have hoped. i don't think this week will be as busy, but i can never be sure

jan seems to be doing okay. took her out of her enclosure and placed her on the bed. she likes burrowing between the blankets and what not. it's a whole different world for her. she made that little jovial sound that guinea pigs make, maybe, one time while i was there earlier

i'm working on this article for the college newspaper and it's about the new juice bar thing that's opening this upcoming Tuesday. i tried to talk to some people in charge of that, or that i thought were in charge of that, and they all pointed me towards this one guy. i went to talk to him, but he wasn't there. was gonna talk to someone else, but then the original guy showed up. he told me to send him an email and that he would try to get back to me that day, and if not, by Monday. he never got back to me. gonna have to wait for tomorrow, but it's stressing me out because this is the furthest back i've had to push something of the newspaper and it seems like week after week, it's only getting worse. i'm being delayed more and more, even though i've been starting them earlier and earlier. maybe this is part of that whole "the wolrd is against me" feeling i had a little while ago. i wouldn't be surprised
