i tried the impossible burger for the first time. i had been wanting to try it ever since i came across a video explaining what it was. they were serving it at this place called bareburger, and it was only a brisk walk away so i figured it was as good a time as any. i would say that the taste is pretty damn close to beef. they have their scientific explanation as to why that is, so i won't elaborate on that, but it was pretty convincing. the only flaw i found was that it fell apart a lot easier. the way the "meat" looked on the inside was different, more stringy, but it didn't affect the texture. it did, however, not hold the patty shape as well. it would crumble a bit after bites and under pressure. and at 3$ more than the regular, i'd say its not too expensive. would recommend to anyone wanting to avoid beef or trying to be more eco-conscious

why don't people wear sleeping caps anymore? like the ones scrooge wore in a Christmas carol. i want a whole sleeping fit. like a silk gown and night cap. i think that would make going to bed more fun. like getting dressed up to go out, but instead its for something more fun re. sleeping. considered impulse buying a night cap, but talked myself out of it

diamond once asked if i talk louder when i speak spanish after hearing me on the phone with my family. i said no, but i can't help but notice it probably is true. i do talk louder, but i like to think it's because i want to make sure I'm heard clearly. phone service can get really spotty. can't think of a time i was on the phone speaking in english while i raised my voice. so, she might be right on that. probably
