so i was trying to copy-paste some html code i have onto here, blogger, to switch up the landing page for the domain i bought a month ago. turns out it's not as simple as i thought. this site uses bloggerxml instead of html so it requires some converting. i did start cleaning up the page for this though. the 'powered by blogger' tag at the bottom is gone. if i can figure out how to get rid of the dashed line i'll be happy. but, also, maybe i should just not worry about it altogether. it's been there for over a year. who cares

i went to the museum of contemporary arts today with ben. there were two exhibitions. i don't remember the name of one of them, but the other was called vertigo. it was just two-d art but made to look three-d. at least that't what it said on the wall. i mean, some of the stuff there was cool. i could appreciate the work that went into painting all the sharp lines. my favorite one was this piece on the second floor that involved vertical stripes split in thirds. like the line started, then shifted, and then shifted again before ending. i think it alternated from yellow, black, and gray stripes. but there was a metal grate over it whit thin slits that allowed the line behind it to show through. but because of the obstructed view, and their shift, it appeared as though it was moving. and the direction and speed of the movement depended on the angle you looked at it

i thought about going to the modern art museum next door but i was tired. we got two churros and went home

i um fell asleep in jeans again...

the sandals i wanted from asos sold out. if they don't restock by mid july (or earlier) i may have to buy more expensive ones

i don't trust 'middle class' arguments against maduro. they have a lot more to gain from a coup than the poor working class

wait, also, shout out to all my senior friends graduating this week. wish i could be there
