i went to the kdk formal last night but i got there late. i was asleep when julia called me, around 6:30 int the evening. i had the event marked for seven, so i should have remembered. i operated a keg for the first time. i mean, it't not a hard thing to use, pretty straightforward, but i did finally use one. i hadn't eaten since the morning, so i felt the few beers i had. rae kept commenting about how weird this whole greek thing is when the new line was doing their thing or whatever. i mean, all greek is weird, but i told her that she's barking up the wrong tree here and that these greek orgs don't mean much outside of this school and that this isn't even as weird as things can get. i don't know. she always seems to have something to say against greek orgs, which is fine, i support it, i do too, but it gets tiring to keep hearing the same points each time something like this comes up. i wasn't even dressed 'formal' because i had forgotten to ask someone to borrow their formal clothes and they were in new york yesterday. i made due with what i had and it seemed to work. no one really cared
it got cold again. last night, and this morning. like thirty degrees colder. it's cool. i like it

don't think i'll be purchasing kratom again anytime soon
i need to start paying more attention in my comp sci class, struggling to complete assignments has become a trend this month and i don't want my grade to dip too much. i want to finish with, at least, an a-
the stanley cup playoffs have been good. surprised to see the washington capitals doing so poorly. glad minnesota took a game from winnipeg. toronto hasn't been playing well. generally a good distraction from everything else going on
