i misplaced an americano i got in the morning and found it ~8 hours later. of course i still drank it. in these trying times, i have to be as frugal as possible. that being said, i definitely dropped more money than i should've last night. i have had a string of good luck getting into bars. they're never all that great once inside. just a bunch of smelly people. this one guy was talking loudly about his trip to los angeles. he said that some pizza place was very adamant about the pies tasting like they're from new york. so the guy got a slice, took a bit, handed it back and demanded his money back. said something about that being terrible pizza. that even jersey pizza was better. there's no way of knowing if he actually did that. wouldn't put it past him, being a white guy from new york. though, to be fair, how new york are you if you're from staten island? (honest question, don't know much about the boroughs)

when leaving a friends apartment, i saw there were those magnetic poetry words on the door. the poem said something about moose dancing. i thought there was a subject-verb disagreement. i believed that the plural of "moose" was actually "meese" and i couldn't understand the poem. i thought about it some more on the train and came to a realization that "moose" is both singular and plural. felt dumb

do they have pecan pie in the northeast? realized i haven't seen it here before. i mean of course they exist, someone out of these millions has to have made one, but stores don't carry them. they're like these mythical deserts, the ones cowboys told stories of, or something. i want some pecan pie. i think apple pie is good. well, so are cherry, pumpkin, and blueberry. alejandro bakes pies now, which is amusing

this animal crossing game is good. been playing a lot since i downloaded it. i wanted this flame shirt and i thought the only way to get it was to buy everything the vendor had and he'd restock. turns out i was wrong. i bought this polka dot skirt which i put on and somehow my shorts disappeared. guess i might have deleted them. didn't have a shirt that matched with the skirt so it felt a bit weird. didn't mind too much, actually got used to it. they finally sold pants so i got some. don't think ill be playing too much in a week's time

a friend of mine tweeted "rip to the state trooper" which i took offense to. police don't deserve to rest in peace, especially not a texas state trooper. there was that video of them pulling over people in laredo (a border town) to give them turkeys, but making them think they're in trouble first. that's filthy. the institution is bad and so are they, in my opinion
